You can work from anywhere, anytime – as long as you’re creative, passionate, and ready to contribute. The future is digital!

As a designer, you’ll work closely with carefully selected factories that deliver exceptional quality, expertise, and a deep passion for authentic cashmere. We support you throughout the entire process – from concept to finished collection.

As a designer, you’ll receive compensation for your work, along with a sales royalty for the first six months on pieces produced under the Cashmere House brand. You’ll also gain international exposure through CashmereHouse.com, social media, and our global marketing channels.

How the Process Works

  • From Idea to Sketch

    Start with your own fashion design
    ideas and sketches – or develop them collaboratively with the Cashmere House team. We support you in shaping your creative vision into a viable cashmere collection.

  • DesignSelection and Prototyping

    Together we select the designs that move forward to prototype production. Based on the results, we decide whether to proceed with a sample collection or launch a limited capsule collection.

  • Launchand Sales

    Your collection is launched on Cashmere House and may also be featured in selected pop-up stores. All collections are promoted through our digital marketing channels, including social media, newsletters, and B2B outreach.

  • DesignerResidency (Optional)

    Selected designers are invited to participate in our exclusive Designer Residency – a seasonal program where you create a dedicated cashmere collection in close collaboration with CashmereHouse and our production partners.
